1. Our 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be shipped back to us within this 7-day period to qualify for a refund.
2. Return Eligibility Checklist
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- Tags and Packaging: All original product tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your original receipt or order number.
- No Smells/Stains: Items must be free of any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.), pet hair, or stains.
3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

4. How to Start a Return
Initiating a return is simple:

Note on Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds & Processing
